With over a decade of experience, my photography journey began as a successful commercial and press photographer. It was when I started my own family adventure that I realised I could merge my passion for photography with my love for family life.

These sessions are not about careful posing, let’s face it most young families dread the idea of sitting still for more than a split second, my Lifestyle Photography Sessions are about capturing families with children, young and old, at their happiest and very best. There is no pressure to grin at the camera, no pressure to sit still and no pressure to be in every picture. By there very nature, these sessions are unhurried, if someone’s having a troublesome half hour, or needs to take a break - it really isn’t a problem! I’ll use my skills as a photographer to put you and your family at ease, find beautiful light and guide you through the session in a gentle way and to capture your family’s real and authentic moments, looking for laughter, connections and all the little details that define your family’s story.

There’s time for play, snacks, individual candid portraits and details that capture your family home and family atmosphere. If you want a few more formal portraits, no problem, we can work these into your session once everyone feels happy and relaxed. It really does make for good photos!
